This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., USA, as processor. To deliver the pages, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address, and keeps it only as long as needed for that. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Email and contact form

When you email us or use the contact form, we process what you send (your email address, your name if you give it, and your message) only to answer you. The form is delivered as an email through Cloudflare, and our inbox is hosted by Google Ireland Limited; both act as processors. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message concerns a contract or its preparation, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete your message once your request is dealt with, unless we are required to keep it by law.

To keep spam out, the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check by Cloudflare, Inc. It processes technical data from your browser, such as your IP address and browser details, only to tell people from automated requests. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Business outreach

We sometimes email companies outside Germany once to offer our video services. For that we use only business contact details that the company itself publishes, such as a general address on its website (for example info@ or press@), together with the company name and what is public about its products. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in offering our services to businesses (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep these details only while the conversation is open; if you reply "no thanks" or object at any time, we stop writing and keep only the address on a do-not-contact list so we never write again. The emails are sent through Google Ireland Limited as processor.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and to object (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

E-Mail und Kontaktformular

Wenn du uns eine E-Mail schreibst oder das Kontaktformular nutzt, verarbeiten wir deine Angaben (E-Mail-Adresse, deinen Namen, falls du ihn angibst, und deine Nachricht) nur, um dir zu antworten. Das Formular wird über Cloudflare als E-Mail zugestellt, unser Postfach liegt bei der Google Ireland Limited; beide sind Auftragsverarbeiter. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, wenn deine Nachricht einen Vertrag oder dessen Anbahnung betrifft, sonst unser berechtigtes Interesse, dir zu antworten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Wir löschen deine Nachricht, sobald deine Anfrage erledigt ist, außer eine gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflicht steht dem entgegen.

Gegen Spam nutzt das Kontaktformular Cloudflare Turnstile, eine Bot-Prüfung der Cloudflare, Inc. Dabei werden technische Daten deines Browsers wie IP-Adresse und Browserangaben verarbeitet, nur um Menschen von automatisierten Anfragen zu unterscheiden. Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse, das Formular vor Missbrauch zu schützen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

Ansprache von Unternehmen

Wir schreiben gelegentlich Unternehmen außerhalb Deutschlands einmalig per E-Mail an, um unsere Videoleistungen anzubieten. Dafür nutzen wir nur geschäftliche Kontaktdaten, die das Unternehmen selbst veröffentlicht, etwa eine allgemeine Adresse auf seiner Website (zum Beispiel info@ oder press@), sowie den Firmennamen und öffentliche Angaben zu seinen Produkten. Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse, Unternehmen unsere Leistungen anzubieten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Wir speichern diese Angaben nur, solange das Gespräch läuft; antwortest du mit „no thanks“ oder widersprichst du jederzeit, schreiben wir nicht mehr und behalten nur die Adresse auf einer Sperrliste, damit wir nie wieder schreiben. Der Versand läuft über die Google Ireland Limited als Auftragsverarbeiter.

Deine Rechte

Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung und Widerspruch (Art. 15–21 DSGVO) sowie das Recht, dich bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren.
